Company looking for a proactive, dynamic, high-energy individual, who have worked with well-known organizations, with proven track record in Loan departments of any Banks, DSA’s, finance companies, etc. Must possess exceptional communication, detailed documentation and interpersonal skills and have the ability to stay motivated all the time and deliver targets in a competitive environment.
Basic Roles & Responsibilities:
Basic product knowledge of HL, LAP, WC, BL, PL, etc.
Interact diligently and follow up with customers (or their finance department) for documentations once Loan evaluation and eligibility is completed.
The above includes sharing appropriate checklist of documents with the customer after the initial introduction.
Prepare a full set of hard copies and soft copies of documents for Bankers and GFS’s permanent record.
Review all the minor points to ensure that the file is complete as per the need of the Bankers example: Compilation of documents like – ITR, financials, Bank statements, Property papers, etc.
Verify all the collected documents with the check list and coordinate with the Bank representative and ensure to send the documents to the Banker for logging in.
Fill up customer’s application and co-application forms appropriately with all signatures
Coordinate pulling of CIBIL report and analyse the CIBIL report and share feedback with the customer and action points
Find out Loan eligibility and asses which would be the best Bank to fit the case based on clients’ requirements and time lines.
Study and understand different Banks and their products and USP’s from time to time.
Similar to the above, coordinate and follow up with Builders and their teams, Corporate DSA partners for various propositions including APF’s
Escalate delays and challenges to management on a day-to-day basis
Prepare a weekly report on open, in process, sanctioned, disbursed cases
Tele Call activities based on existing leads, data research and opening up a meeting through fixing appointments
Opportunity to educate and analyse Loan details and eligibility to walking customers at developers’ site
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent in Customer Relationship & Customer Service.
Good follow up skills based on calendar entries and notes
Expert in Document review, paper segregation and filing
Good Communication skills in English, Hindi and other local languages
Develop and maintain relationships with clients & customers.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office, Outlook and other mail platforms
Penchant for checking minute details throughout the process
Team player and cordial
Should have a positive attitude & should be confident to accept new challenges.
