Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS) – Qualification: Semi-qualified CS (pursuing or completed CS Executive level) – Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in corporate compliance handling – Key Responsibilities: • Assisting in compliance management of listed and unlisted companies • Drafting resolutions, minutes, and reports • Filing forms with regulatory authorities like MCA and SEBI • Maintaining statutory registers and records – Skills: Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations. Proficient in MS Office. Qualified Company Secretary (CS) – Qualification: Qualified CS (member of ICSI) – Experience: 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in handling company secretarial functions – Key Responsibilities: • Managing compliance for listed and unlisted companies • Preparing board and shareholder meeting documents • Filing returns and forms with MCA, SEBI, and stock exchanges • Liaising with regulatory authorities and auditors • Advising on corporate governance practices – Skills: In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, listing obligations, and SEBI regulations. Strong communication and analytical skills. |
