Reports To Sales Manager/Regional Head Employment Type Full-time Educational Qualifications – Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field). – Certification or training in financial services is a plus (e.g., CFP, CFA). Sales Experience – Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial products or services. – Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. – Ability to explain complex financial products in simple terms. Customer Relationship Management – Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. – Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions. Knowledge of Financial Products – Understanding of investment products, insurance, retirement plans, and financial planning strategies. – Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and financial regulations. Sales Skills – Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. – Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Analytical Skills – Ability to assess client financial situations and provide suitable advice. – Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
