Plan, organize, and execute internal and external audits for BFSI institutions.
Evaluate compliance with regulatory standards such as RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, and other governing bodies.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
Financial Reviews:

Analyze financial statements, asset quality, and credit risk.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS) and company policies.
Compliance Audits:

Verify adherence to KYC/AML guidelines, corporate governance, and other regulatory requirements.
Monitor compliance with internal policies and external mandates.
IT Systems and Cybersecurity:

Audit IT systems and cybersecurity frameworks used in BFSI operations.
Assess data protection and confidentiality measures.
Reporting and Communication:

Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings and actionable recommendations.
Present audit findings to senior management and regulatory authorities.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue receivables.
General Ledger Management:

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Prepare journal entries and ensure proper classification and coding of expenses and revenues.
Tax Compliance and Planning:

Oversee the preparation and filing of corporate taxes (sales tax, income tax, VAT/GST).
Assist in tax audits and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Provide recommendations on tax planning and opportunities for tax savings.
Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual financial performance against budget, providing variance analysis and corrective actions.
Audit Preparation and Coordination:

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
Ensure that audit documentation is complete and accurate, and resolve any discrepancies.
Cash Flow Management:

Monitor daily cash flow and ensure the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.
Prepare cash flow reports and provide insights into any potential liquidity issues.
Internal Controls and Compliance:

Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure financial data integrity.
Review and recommend improvements in accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
Team Leadership and Supervision:

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Provide guidance on accounting principles, policies, and best practices.
Assist in training new accounting staff and ensuring team development.
Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis to assist management in decision-making.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Cost Management:

Monitor and analyze operating costs, providing recommendations to reduce expenses and improve profitability.
Ensure accurate allocation of costs to relevant departments and projects

Connecting with delegates via calls to provide information about conference specifications.

Sending official invitations to delegates.

Collaborating with the team to achieve better results and improve networking.

Building relationships with delegates and inviting them to attend webinars and events.
